                         ("Centurion" or the "Company")

                       Pre Close-Period Trading Statement

The Board of Centurion announces that the Company's planned withdrawal as a
supplier to high street retailers in the UK and mainland Europe has been
accelerated and will be complete by the end of the current financial year. As a
result the Board anticipates that the Company will have no exposure to the high
street in the new financial year.

However, as a consequence of this accelerated withdrawal, turnover in the
current year to 30 September 2005 will be lower than current market forecasts.
The Board estimates that revenues for the year will be not less than #14.0
million and that pre-tax losses, before exceptional items, will be approximately
#2.2 million. As previously indicated the Company will report aggregate
exceptional charges for the year of approximately #5.3 million.

While the financial performance for the year will be dominated by the impact of
the costs of withdrawing as a supplier to the high street retail market, this
masks the positive performance of the Automotive and Specialist Retail divisions
which have exceeded budget and have been profitable in the second half of the
year.

Centurion's bankers, HSBC, continue to extend their support to the Company. The
Company also announces that Ernst & Young have been appointed as auditors with
immediate effect.

The outlook for Centurion's Automotive and Specialist business remains positive.
We announced on 23 September that the Company has signed an exclusive
distributorship of the Audiovox brand, which will be launched in the UK in
January 2006.

The Board is confident that the underlying issues that have impacted the
business in the current year have been addressed and will not carry over into
the forthcoming financial year and that prospects for 2006 are significantly
improved.
