         Settlement with Designer Vision Group plc ("Designer Vision")
                                        

Further to the announcement made on 4 March 2005 by Designer Vision, Centurion
Electronics, the UK provider of in-car audio-visual entertainment, today
announces that it has agreed to a confidential out of court settlement with
Designer Vision regarding the alleged misuse of confidential information and the
alleged infringement of Designer Vision's UK and European design rights.

Chris Rhodes, Chief Executive of Centurion, said: "I am very happy with the
settlement and glad that this dispute has been resolved on an amicable and
sensible basis."

Andrew Mintern, Finance Director of Designer Vision, stated that he was
extremely pleased that a settlement had been reached without the need to
continue a lengthy and expensive legal process.
