            Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company")

                             Disclosure of Interest

Centurion was notified on 8 June 2005 in accordance with sections 198 to 210 of
the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Eaglet Investment Trust plc (the "
Trust") sold in total 224,000 ordinary shares. Following this sale, the Trust's
holding is 1,726,000 shares which represents 6.9 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company. These shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global
Custody Nominees Ltd., account designate EAGLET 866379.
