Centurion Electronics plc (the "Company") received notification from Merrill
Lynch Investment Managers on 21 April 2005 in accordance with section 198 to 202
of the Companies Act 1985 that the Merrill Lynch British Smaller Companies Trust
plc has sold 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company and now has an interest in a
total of 700,000 ordinary shares which represents 2.82 per cent. of the issued
ordinary share capital.
