Administration Services Limited ("Hermes") pursuant to sections 198 to 210 of
the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that the Britel Fund Trustees Limited which
is controlled by The Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Company.
