Catalytic Solutions, Inc. (AIM:CTS and CTSU), the company behind Mixed Phase Catalyst (MPC�) technology, is pleased to announce that its
energy systems business through its wholly owned subsidiary, Applied Utility Systems, Inc., has finalized an agreement signing Holman Boiler
Works, Inc. as its preferred sales representative in both Texas and Louisiana, U.S.A.

The agreement with Holman Boiler Works (the largest complete boiler service company in the Southwest United States) was designed to
mutually benefit both parties in the sale of their respective products and services. Under the terms of the agreement, Holman Boiler Works
is responsible for the sales, service and support of the Company's products for use with new boilers and in boiler retrofit applications.
Products include selective catalytic reduction (SCR) and carbon monoxide (CO) systems for industrial packaged watertube and firetube
boilers.

As air emission compliance rulings continue to become more stringent, it is anticipated that Texas will soon be targeted for regulatory
changes. Anticipating and addressing the market needs resulting from such regulatory requirement remains the Company's focus. Together, the
Company and Holman Boiler Works provide a cost effective, energy efficient solution to customers while meeting emission regulations and
improving performance.
