Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Pursuant to DTR3.1, CQS Diversified Fund Limited, (the "Company") announces that it was notified today by Mr Rupert Dorey, the Chairman of the Company, that on 22 May 2013 his wife, Mrs Rosemary Dorey acquired 30,000 Ordinary Sterling Shares of the Company at GBP1.035 per share on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Company was also notified today by Mr Stephen East, a Director of the Company, that on 22 May 2013 he acquired 25,000 Ordinary Sterling Shares of the Company at GBP1.035 per share in the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Following these purchases, Mr Dorey is interested in 300,000 Ordinary Sterling Shares of the Company (representing 0.356% of the Company's issued share capital as at today's date) and Mr East is interested in 50,000 Ordinary Sterling Shares of the Company (representing 0.059% of the Company's issued share capital as at today's date).
