DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that 1047 shares have been purchased at GBP7.22 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) in respect of the re-investment of the dividend paid by the Company. The total includes twenty four shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C. Sollesse, sixteen shares for Mr M Harris and four shares for Mr N. Page.

Also included in the purchase were twenty shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
