The Company has been advised that 876 shares have been purchased at GBP7.80 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included sixteen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page.

Also included in the purchase were sixteen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
