The Company has been advised that 847 shares have been purchased at GBP8.40 in
respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee Share
Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included fifteen shares for each of Lord
Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page.
Also included in the purchase were fifteen shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse.
Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest
below.
