DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 6 March 2008 the Company was advised that 2,313 shares were allocated at
�7.28 in respect of dividend reinvestment under the Company's All Employee Share
Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included 40 shares for each of Lord Harris,
Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse and 22 shares for Mr M Harris.

Also included in the allocation were 30 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares
purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest,
below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

     Lord Harris               15,881,036               23.4%
     M Harris                     876,059                1.3%
     J Kitching                   674,436                1.0%
     C Sollesse                    31,129               0.04%


AESOP shares were also purchased for Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities, as follows:

     E Mangham, J May, G Moloney         40 shares each
     T Moore                                  35 shares
     S Davies, P Lorimer                 32 shares each
     P Dregent                                17 shares
