DIRECTORS' AND PDMR SHARE OPTIONS


On 11 February 2008, options over 298,473 ordinary shares were granted with an
exercise price of �6.18 per share under the company's Savings Related Share
Option Scheme, which total included options over 2,718 ordinary shares granted
to each of Lord Harris, Martin Harris, John Kitching and Christian Sollesse. The
directors' options will mature and become exercisable in 2013.

Also included was a 5-year option over 2,718 shares granted to Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. The option granted to Mrs Sollesse forms part of Mr Sollesse's
notifiable interest.


Options granted under this Scheme to these directors and Mrs Sollesse in 2005
have lapsed.


Options were also granted to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, as
follows:

Mrs C Balmforth, Mr I Woosey                                       932 each

Mrs P Dregent, Miss L Johnson, Mr T Lovegrove, Mr J May,
Mr G Moloney, Mr I Priestley,                                    1,553 each
