DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that on 12 March 2007, 786 shares were allocated at
#11.80 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which
total included 10 shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr J Kitching and
Mr C Sollesse and 11 shares for Mr I Kenyon.

Also included in the purchase were 11 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:

Lord Harris                       15,874,671               23.4%
M Harris                             873,307                1.3%
I Kenyon                               2,583              0.004%
J Kitching                           671,149                1.0%
C Sollesse                            27,799               0.04%

AESOP shares were also purchased for Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities, as follows:
