OPTION GRANT TO DIRECTOR

On 6 February 2007, options over 73,633 ordinary shares were granted with an
exercise price of #10.40 per share under the company's Savings Related Share
Option Scheme, which total included an option over 908 ordinary shares granted
to Ian Kenyon. The option will mature and become exercisable in 2010.

Also included in the grant were Claire Balmforth and Ian Woosey (Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibility) who each have an option over 181 shares
at #10.40 per share which will mature and become exercisable in 2010.
