DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 12 September 2005, 1,405 shares were allocated at #9.47 under the Company's
All Employee Share Ownership Plan which total included 13 shares for each of
Lord Harris, Mr M Harris Mr J Kitching and Mr C Sollesse.

Also included in the purchase were 13 shares purchased for Mrs Caroline
Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's
beneficial interest, below.

The beneficial shareholdings for these directors are now:
