                   Notification of Major Interests in Shares



CODA plc announces that it was notified on 22 February 2007 that Artemis Special
Situations Trust, a subsidiary company of Artemis Investment Management Limited,
had reduced its holding by 127,648 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (the "
Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
Artemis Special Situations Trust now has a notifiable interest of 6,100,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 7.92% of the Company's issued share
capital.



In addition to the interest of 6,100,000 Ordinary Shares disclosed above,
Artemis Investment Management Limited is interested in a further 7,290,000
Ordinary Shares through its other subsidiary companies.



Therefore in aggregate, Artemis Investment Management Limited, together with
certain of its subsidiary companies, has an interest of 13,390,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company, representing 17.40% of the Company's issued share
capital.
