                        COMMENCEMENT OF DEALINGS ON AIM



CODA plc announces that, following the completion of the demerger of the CODA
and Business Collaborator divisions of CODASciSys plc and their transfer to CODA
plc, 76,973,727 new ordinary shares of 25p each in CODA plc (the "CODA Shares")
have been admitted to AIM. Dealings in the CODA Shares will commence at 8.00a.m.
this morning, under the stock code CODA.



In accordance with the terms of the demerger, shareholders in CODASciSys plc on
the register at 6.00pm on 25 September 2006 receive 3 new ordinary shares in
CODA plc for every share held in CODASciSys plc.



Share certificates in respect of the CODA Shares are expected to be dispatched
in early October 2006. CREST members accounts will be credited today.
