Commoditrade received notification on 22 February 2008 pursuant to the FSA
Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, following an acquisition of ordinary
shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 October 2007,
Schroders plc held more than 5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
As of 22 February 2008, Schroders plc has an interest in 25,443,457 Ordinary
Shares representing approximately 7.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
