The Board of CMG plc, the European IT services group,
announces that A G F Young (65) resigned as a non-executive
director with effect from 31 December 1998.

Angus Young has been involved in various capacities with CMG
since its foundation in 1964 and was appointed a non-executive
director in 1993.
