I Taylor (together the "Directors")

The trustees of the ET notified the company on 27 March 2002 that on 25 March 
2002, it had bought 1,000,000 ordinary CMG plc shares at an average price of 
£2.6804. By virtue of their interests in the company's employee share schemes, 
the Directors are potential beneficiaries of the ET and are thus deemed to have 
become interested in the above shares.
