                                     AWARDS

                     AS 9100 REV. B CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL

The Board of Croma, the specialists in the design, development and production of
overt and covert surveillance and defence related products, is pleased to
announce that one of its subsidiaries, R & D Design Services Ltd. ("RDDS"), has
been awarded two certificates of commendation at the Thanet District Council's
Business Awards 2005.

The first awarded was in the category of "Thanet Exporter of the Year", wherein
RDDS received a "Highly Commended" certificate "In recognition of the
Outstanding Contribution made by R&D Design Services to the Economic Prosperity
and Employment Opportunities of Thanet". The second certificate was received for
the same accolade in the category of "Medium & Large Business of the Year".

RDDS also recently received its AS 9100 Rev. B Certificate of Approval, issued
by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd., applicable to the "Design,
manufacture, service and repair of electronic equipment for the aerospace
industry". This prestigious credential demonstrates RDDS's quality assurance
capability in meeting the demands of their aerospace clients.

In addition, RDDS has recently moved to a larger manufacturing site to expand
its production capacity. The larger facilities will allow RDDS the flexibility
to meet the requirements of expanding production based on anticipated domestic
and international sales initiatives.

achievements. The recognition they won at the Thanet Business Awards in both the
Exporter of the Year and Medium & Large Business of the Year categories is
indicative not only of their success in the aerospace industry but of their
economic and social contribution in the Thanet district."

continued excellence of its service through a nationally accredited
certification body, current and potential clients can be assured of RDDS's
quality of service. RDDS's relocation to a new plant is a significant move and
will ensure the business can continue to expand in anticipation of exciting new
