                              Additional Listing


Following the passing of the relevant resolutions at the Company's Annual
General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting held on 17 May 2000,
application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and Amsterdam Exchanges
for the listing of up to 633,090,632 ordinary shares of 2.5p each fully paid,
having the same rights and being subject to the same conditions as the
existing 5p ordinary shares.  Application has also been made for the listing
of 17,920,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each fully paid in respect of the block
listing relating to the CMG 1995 Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.

These shares will be issued in connection with the proposed sub-division and
bonus issue of ordinary shares. It is intended that the sub-division and bonus
issue will become effective at the close of business on Friday 26 May 2000 and
the shares will be listed on the London Stock Exchange on Tuesday 30 May 2000
and the Amsterdam Exchanges on Monday 29 May 2000, save for up to 120,000,000
ordinary shares of 2.5p each which will be listed on the first dealing day
following the date on which CMG plc's offer for Admiral plc becomes or is
declared unconditional in all respects.
