AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting for China Medstar Limited ("Medstar" or the
"Company"), a specialist healthcare provider of radiotherapy and diagnostic
equipment for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer to hospitals in China, Dr
Cheng Zheng, Chairman and CEO, will make the following statement:

"Following our successful admission to AIM last November and strong maiden year
end results, we are pleased to report continued progress this new financial
year.

"The Company saw five new centre openings in 2006, including the first PET-CT
cancer diagnostic centre which uses specialised imaging techniques and has a
number of planned openings this year. In addition to funding the specialist
equipment which allow these medical centres to operate, Medstar has also signed
important strategic agreements with Toshiba China and GE Healthcare China for
exclusive distribution and leasing of their imaging products. We see our
equipment trading division as an important area for growth and will focus on
its development while continuing to source out new opportunities.

"We are on track to meet the targets as stated in our year end report and are
looking forward to signing agreements on a further 16 cancer diagnostic and
treatment centres, eight of which will be operational this year. Having secured
additional financing in the form of enhanced banking arrangements late last
year, we are keen to maintain our good relations with all business partners and
look forward to growing our base of centres in China.

"Prospects for 2007 remain encouraging and the Directors look forward to
updating shareholders further following the half year end."
