    Clipper Ventures announces that is has today sent to shareholders the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2008
together with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at 4pm on 31 October 2008 at The Granary and Bakery Building, Royal
Clarance Yard, Weevil Lane, Gosport, PO12 1FX.

    Update of Director details pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules

    In accordance with AIM Rule 17 and the disclosures required pursuant to sub-paragraphs (iii) to (viii) inclusive of paragraph (g) of
Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies the Company hereby updates the details for William Ward, Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
On 2 May 2005 and 3 May 2005, Gibson Ward Limited and RIBS UK Limited, companies to which William Ward was a director, were respectively put
into creditors voluntary liquidations. In each case William Ward was one of the main creditors to the companies.
