                             Director Shareholding



The Board has been notified that on 31 October, following the announcement of
the Company's results for the 12 months ended 30 April 2006, Mr Bob Dench, a
non-executive director of the Company, sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at 25.6p. Following the disposal, Mr Dench no longer holds any ordinary
shares in the Company.
