The following replaces the issue of equity announcement released yesterday at
10:57am under RNS number 4773Z. In the third paragraph the figure should read
29,489,417 and not 29,927,700 as previously stated. Please find below the full
amended announcement.



                      Clipper Ventures Plc (the "Company")


The Company yesterday made application for 1,562,500 new ordinary shares ("New
Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The New Ordinary Shares, which will represent 5.3 per cent. of the enlarged
share capital in the Company post admission, have been issued pursuant to the
conversion of #250,000 nominal convertible loan note. The loan was convertible
into new ordinary shares in the Company at 16p per ordinary share and was issued
in April 2003 in conjunction with an equity fundraising.

It is expected that trading in the New Ordinary Shares will commence of 14 March
2006. Following admission the enlarged share capital of the Company, which will
be traded on AIM will be 29,489,417 ordinary shares of 1p each.
