The Group notifies that, on 9 October 2018, Chris Jones, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 22,726 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 132 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Jones holds 22,726 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
