Further to the announcement made by the Company 13 June 2008, relating to the
change in its accounting reference date, the Company announces that it will
notify the market of its results pursuant to AIM Rule 19 for the 17 month
period 31 July 2007 to 31 December 2008 by 30 April 2009.
