Temporary Suspension

The Company announces that it is has been unable to publish its annual accounts
and send them to shareholders within 6 months of the year end and is therefore
unable to comply with AIM Rule 19 as a consequence the board of the Company has
requested the temporary suspension of its shares from trading on AIM until such
time as the accounts are sent to shareholders.
