    DIRECTOR'S DEALING


    Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) announces that it was notified today that Mr Antony William Paul
Sage, the Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 876,471 ordinary shares on 2 December 2008 on-market for the consideration of
A$157,764.78.

    Following the above transactions, Mr Sage's beneficial interest in the Company is as set out below:
