    DIRECTOR'S DEALING


    Cape Lambert Iron Ore Limited ("the Company") (ASX: CFE, AIM: CLIO) announces that it was notified
today that Mr Antony William Paul Sage, the Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 123,529 
ordinary shares on 21 November 2008 on-market for the consideration of A$19,147.

    Following the above transactions, Mr Sage's beneficial interest in the Company is as set out below:

Partnership, of which Okewood Pty Ltd is a member, a company which Mr Sage has a relevant interest.
