that Thomas Lundqvist, Non-Executive Director of the Company
purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") at 1,395 pence per Ordinary Share on 19
December 2014.
Following this transaction, Mr Lundqvist's interest in the
