The Company has today been notified that Mr Peter Edward Deery purchased
125,000 Ordinary 10p shares on 5 June 2001 in Capital Bars plc. Following this
purchase his resultant holding is 1,300,000 Ordinary shares representing 3.85%
of the Company's issued share capital.
