Completion of Kapan Acquisition
Further to the Company's announcement on 30 January 2019,
Chaarat is pleased to confirm that PMTL Holding Ltd has confirmed
receipt of the required completion payment and has released the
share pledge granted to it. The acquisition is now fully finalised.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
Company's shares to be re-admitted to trading on AIM. It is
expected that Admission of the 395,167,015 ordinary shares of
US$0.01 each in the Company will become effective and dealings will
re-commence at 8.00 a.m. on 4 February 2019.
