    Change in Director
    

    Conister Financial Group plc ("CFG") announces changes to its executive team

    CFG announces today that Jerry Linehan has stepped down as CEO of Conister Trust Limited and as a Director of CFG and will leave the
Group on the 19th September.

    Simon Hull, who is currently Managing Director of Alliance and Leicester International, joins the Group as Managing Director of Conister
Trust Limited, the Banking Division of CFG, with the remit to develop and expand it as a Private Bank supporting the diverse needs of High
Net Worth Individuals on and offshore
