CAREFORCE GROUP PLC ("the Company")

EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 370,000
ordinary shares of 10p each ("Shares") in the Company, pursuant to the exercise
of share options under the Company's approved EMI and unapproved share option
schemes (the "Schemes"). Upon issue, the Shares will rank pari passu with the
Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings in the Shares are
expected to commence on 20 April 2007.

Following the exercise of share options under the Schemes and admission of the
Shares, Deborah Neill, Operations Director, will have a resultant interest in
the Company comprising 250,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.75 per cent.
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Following admission of the Shares, the Company's issued share capital will
comprise 14,256,944 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not
hold any shares in treasury. This figure of 14,256,944 shares may be used by
shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which
they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
