    Resignation of Nominated Adviser

    Hanson Westhouse Limited has resigned as Nominated Adviser to CEC Unet plc with immediate effect.  Pursuant to the AIM Rules for
Companies, if a replacement Nominated Adviser is not appointed within one month the London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of the
Company's AIM securities.  The Company will be writing to its shareholders regarding plans for its future shortly.
