CEC UNET PLC: DISPOSAL OF INTEREST
IN CHINA BUSINESS POST

CEC Unet PLC, ('CECU' or 'The Company'), the Chinese mobile media services company listed on AIM (AIM:CECU), announces the disposal of
its interest in China Business Post ("CBP"), the country's leading business newspaper, for US$3.4 million.

The disposal will free up cash to allow the Company to concentrate on and grow its core profitable business of providing mobile payment
services throughout China.

The interest is being acquired by Chinese citizen Mr. Chen Zengjie, who has agreed to pay US$3,430,000 (approximately RMB24,000,000) to
CECU to acquire the rights to CBP's future profits, losses and any other liabilities from the date of the agreement along with 1,385,000
ordinary shares in Asia Premium Television Group Inc. (OTCBB: ATVG) valued at US$2.5 each .

In addition Mr Zengjie has agreed to pay CECU an annual administration fee in respect of CBP from January 1 2010. The fee will be the
greater of either US$85,700 (approximately RMB600,000) or 20 per cent of CBP's net annual profit.

The current net debts of CBP are approximately RMB11,000,000. The expected ongoing running costs to enable it to reach breakeven are
estimated to be RMB13,000,000.

Mr. Chen Zhaobin, CECU Chairman said: "The Company's core business now is providing mobile payment services. By disposing of our
interest in CBP the pressure on the Company's cash flow will be lifted.

"It means the Company can use the released monies to continue to fund the tremendous growth in its core business without the need to
spend further investment on supporting CBP".
