Creative Education Corporation Plc ("the Company")



The Company has allotted 500,000 and 176,250 new ordinary shares of 1p each at a
price of 5p per share to Jonathan Metliss and Hansard Communications for
services to the Company.  The allotment is in accordance with an agreement
between the Company and Mr Metliss and Hansard Communications such that invoices
from both parties to the Company be satisfied by the issue of shares in the
Company.



Application has been made for the 500,000 and 176,250 new ordinary shares in CEC
to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 1 October 2004. The new
ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares.
