             The Creative Education Corporation Plc ("the Company")

                             Results of the EGM


At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today the resolution to
approve the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Conduit Square
Limited for the purposes of Section 320 of the Act was approved.


A further announcement will be made upon completion of the acquisition,
including the final terms of the acquisition, which is anticipated to take place
within the next 21 days.
