The table below summarises the aggregate conversion notices received in respect
of the 30 June 2009 conversion calculation date:

Conversion Ratio
On the basis of the Net Asset Values of the Company's Shares as at 30 June 2009
(as previously announced on 9 July 2009) (and using the spot currency exchange
rate as at 30 June 2009), the conversion ratio, calculated in accordance with
the Company's articles of association is as follows:

| 0.91876 Euro Shares for every one US Dollar Share |

On the basis of the aggregate level of conversion notices received by the
Company, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 326,170 new
US Dollar Shares of no par value to be admitted to the Official List.
Application has also been made for the US Dollar Shares to be admitted to
trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that such admissions will
be effective and that dealings in the new US Dollar Shares will commence on 17
July 2009. Accordingly, the Company's issued share capital as at 17 July 2009
will be as follows:

All Shareholders have equal voting rights based on the number of Shares held.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 140,026,786 and
this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in the Company under the Irish Transparency
(Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.
