                            ACQUISITION OF LAND
                          AT KILN LANE, BRACKNELL

The Cardiff Property Plc announces that its associate company, Campmoss
Property Company Limited, in which Cardiff holds a 47.62% stake, has acquired
from Slough Estates Plc, a freehold site at Kiln Lane, Bracknell, Berkshire for
a cash consideration of #514,000 inclusive of VAT. The acquisition has been
funded from the Group's existing bank borrowing facilities.

The land at Kiln Lane, Bracknell, is zoned for industrial purposes and totals
approximately 1.5 acres. Discussions are currently taking place with the Local
Authority to revise the existing planning permission to achieve 30,000 sq. ft.
of industrial space, including 20% office content, and a car and van rental area
with office and ancillary facilities.

Negotiations for a pre-letting of the car and van rental area to a well known
international company on a long term institutional lease are at an advanced
stage.  Subject to the necessary approvals it is intended that industrial units
of up to 5,000 sq. ft. each will be constructed on the remainder of the site.

Demand in the Bracknell area for small industrial units is currently very strong
and tenant interest has already been received.
