Notification of Director's dealing

The Company was notified on 1 March 2002 that on 1 March 2002, Mr David Pearl,
the Company's chairman, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company.  Mr David Pearl's holding increases to 1.6 million shares representing
7.4 per cent. of the issued ordinary shares.
