                             Director Shareholding


CBI has been notified that Christopher Butler, a non-executive director of the
Company, has, on 3 July 2006, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of $0.01 each
("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at an average price of #1.00, and, on 4 July
2006, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company at an average price of
#1.0695. His total holding is now 38,530 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.


The Company's issued share capital is 45,411,765 ordinary shares.
