Additional Listing 24 December 2004 Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 62,946 Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. The Application is in connection with the completion of the acquisition by Capital Radio plc of the outstanding equity interest in Tainside Limited.
