Clean Air Power (AIM: CAP), the developer and global leader in Dual-Fuel engine management software for heavy duty vehicles, announces that it was notified on 30 June 2013 that Mr David Newlands and Mrs Monique Newlands have an interest in the Company of 5,225,000 shares representing approximately 2.95 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
