                    Appointment of Group Operations Manager



The Board of Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP) is pleased to announce the
appointment, with immediate effect, of Jon Berry as Group Operations Manager.


Jon Berry, aged 40, formerly UK Operations Manager for Clean Air Power, has been
appointed as Group Operations Manager. In his new role, Jon will be responsible
for Clean Air Power's global product quality and support, component production
in the USA and vehicle construction in the UK and Australia.


Jon Berry joined Clean Air Power in 2003, having been employed in senior roles
in the transport manufacturing industry. Jon has gained extensive manufacturing
and project management experience working for international truck, aerospace and
rail rolling stock manufacturers with seven years at Foden Trucks (a division of
PACCAR), three years at Pilkington Aerospace and three years at Alstom
Transport.


Jon has a Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and is a member of The
Institution of Engineering and Technology.
