announces that it received notification on 18 May 2007 that as of 9 May 2007
Swisscanto Holding AG, parent company of Swisscanto Fund Administration Ltd,
Swisscanto (LU) Equity Fund Management SA and Swisscanto (LU) Portfolio Fund
Management SA held interest in a total of 2,035,000 common shares, representing
7.56% of the issued share capital of the Company.
