                               Director Dealings

Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP) today announces that Rodney Westhead,
Non-Executive Chairman, John Pettitt, Chief Executive Officer, Peter Rowse,
Finance Director and Hans Folkesson, Non-Executive Director, have purchased a
total of 62,000 Common Shares in the Company at the prices indicated below.
Clean Air Power has 26,905,479 shares issued and a further 2,691,995 under
option.
