                           Tesco's Demonstrator truck


Clean Air Power Limited (AIM:CAP), the developer and provider of Dual-FuelTM
technology is delighted to announce that it has delivered a Mercedes-Axor truck
converted to run on diesel and natural gas to Tesco plc .

The truck will operate within Tesco's Distribution Fleet as part of a trial to
assess the operational and environmental effectiveness compared to a standard
truck. The trial will continue until the end of the year. If successful, Tesco
may introduce more vehicles to its fleet which have been adapted to the
Dual-Fuel(TM)technology.

The trial is part of an initiative among Tesco, Clean Air Power and Mercedes,
with the goal of examining less expensive, cleaner and environmentally friendly
ways of transporting goods around the country.

Commenting on Tesco's demonstration project, John Pettitt, Chief Executive
Officer of Clean Air Power said:
